29. Not later than 31 March each year, the Chief Coroner shall transmit to the Minister of Public Security an annual report of the activities of the coroners during the preceding calendar year.
The report may include the recommendations or a summary of the recommendations made following an investigation or an inquest.
The Minister of Public Security shall table the report in the National Assembly within 30 days of receiving it if the Assembly is in session or, if it is not sitting, within 30 days after the opening of the next session or after resumption.
